Welcome to Lumenvel. These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply when you browse our website, create an account, contact us, or purchase a product.
By using our website, you agree to these Terms and our related policies. Please do not use the website if you do not agree.
1. ABOUT LUMENVEL
Lumenvel sells kitchen, dining, and other home-accessory products to customers within the United States.
Our online store is powered by Shopify. Purchases made through our website are transactions between you and Lumenvel, not Shopify.
2. CUSTOMER INFORMATION AND ACCOUNTS
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your state. All information submitted during checkout or account registration must be accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for protecting your password and account access. Contact us promptly if you notice unauthorized activity.
3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, measurements, images, colors, and availability accurately. Actual colors or appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, or normal manufacturing differences.
Products may be updated, limited, or discontinued without notice. Customers should follow all instructions and safety information supplied with each product.
4. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is accepted after payment authorization and order review.
We may cancel or refuse an order because of:
• Payment authorization problems
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized use
• Incorrect product or pricing information
• Product unavailability
• An incomplete or undeliverable address
• Violation of these Terms
If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Order cancellation and change requests are handled under our Order Cancellation Policy.
5. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENTS
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and any shipping charge not covered by free shipping will be shown before checkout is completed.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that your billing information is accurate.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Lumenvel currently ships within the United States only.
• Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM Pacific Time
• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Transit time: 7–12 business days
• Estimated total delivery: 8–15 business days
• Free Standard Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered across all 50 U.S. states. No minimum order value is required.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays are not business days.
Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another suitable carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed because carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances may affect delivery.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Lumenvel does not charge a restocking fee.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

8. ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE
You may use our website only for lawful personal or household shopping purposes.
You may not:
• Access or attempt to access another customer’s account
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Upload viruses, malicious software, or harmful code
• Interfere with website operation or security
• Copy or scrape website content without permission
• Use our website to violate any law or third-party right
• Place fraudulent orders or purchase products for unauthorized resale
We may restrict access, cancel orders, or close accounts involved in misuse.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Lumenvel name, logo, website design, written content, graphics, and original media belong to Lumenvel or are used with permission.
You may not copy, modify, publish, sell, distribute, or commercially use this content without written permission.
Third-party brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
10. PRODUCT REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT
Reviews and other content submitted to Lumenvel must be truthful, lawful, and based on a genuine experience.
By submitting content, you permit Lumenvel to display, reproduce, and use it for operating or promoting the store.
We may remove content that is false, abusive, unlawful, infringing, misleading, or unrelated to the product or service.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may use services provided by Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and other business partners.
External websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Lumenvel is not responsible for websites or services that we do not control.

Occasionally, product descriptions, prices, promotions, inventory, or delivery information may contain an error.
We may correct inaccurate information and update our website after discovering an error.
If an error significantly affects an order, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate correction, cancellation, or refund option.
13. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY
We do not guarantee that our website will always operate without interruptions, errors, or technical problems.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumenvel is not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from website use or a purchase.
Our total liability related to an affected order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights or legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal laws and the laws of the State of California.
